Purchased a film by accident, can I cancel the purchase

I accidentally purchased a film that I didn't mean to buy, haven't watched it or received the dvd, is there an option to cancel the purchase pls?

As you mention a dvd I assume you mean a "buy and keep" rather than a rental. If so, the only way to try to cancel is by contacting the Skystore team - I've attached a link below

Your only real option is to contact the Skystore team to explain and to ask for some flexibility with your accidental purchase.
