Purchased John Wick 4 a HD film on downloading is shown as UHD. We don’t have a UHD Tv so can’t watch film. Am I still being charged? Is there a way I can watch the film?

There is an easy fix for this. Delete the UHD version then delete it again from the delete folder. Now you can go back and purchase the HD version. You shouldn't be charged for the UHD version as you did not start to watch it.

Was it a rental version - or a buy and keep purchase ? 

if a buy and keep you would need to do something different.  Let us know if that's the case

Rental. Showed as Hd once downloaded showed to be UHD

I have carried out the deletions suggested but, when I go through the stsges of rental for the film it shiws as UHD , HD available but there are no further options to complete HD download.

In that case @Kenneth+Wainwrigh if it said it was HD but you ended up with the UHD version you would need to report this to Sky, they have a live chat that opens at 11am tomorrow if that helps and closes at 7.30pm:
