Purchase not appearing
I was given a code for a free movie, I used it to get Wonka, but the movie has not appeared in my purchases on sky Q

If the film was a Buy and Keep one when you select it do you see the option to send it to your box so if you do and you select this does it then appear ?
If you don't see this option or it doesn't appear then I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
