Purchase early issue

We purchased The new Bridget Jones movie early 

, làt night could not play movie even though it was on our list. Need help

These Premiere movies usually have extra copy protection in their software. Are you by any chance playing the movie through a Scart cable ? Or using an old HDMI cable ?

 

I have heard of these causing problems. 

in any event you are probably best trying a live chat with the Skystore support team when they open at 11am

I had the film and bonus bit pictures and times but no button to download or play. They have since my original query resolved this morning
