Cannot purchase a film on sky store as it is saying I am over my limit but I haven’t purchased anyth

I can't purchase on sky store as it is saying I'm over my limit but I haven't purchased anything

This is something that can be easily fixed for you so I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
