We pre-ordered 'One Life,', which has now been released. However, on Sky Store it just says "You've pre-ordered HD Digital, HD release: 19 Feb 2024".
iI's now 20th Feb yet there's no option to watch the film. No way to cancel and re-purchase.
I'm using Sky Glass and am signed-in to the Sky Store app. Other purchases play fine. Same result on Sky Store app on iphone.
Would appreciate advice.

Probably the easiest fix will be to live chat (link below) with the Skystore team (open till 7.30pm)
There are occasionally glitches with pre orders and this could be one of those. Excellent film by the way (I saw it at the Cinema)
