Pre order Dispicable Me 4 weeks ago and it is out oday and I can BUY it online if I want BUT my pre-order is sta as pre-order and doing NOTHING!!
I can't even find how to cancel pre order so I can buy it today for grand kids to watch.
This happened before and you were meant to have fixed it????
So annoying
And this is wasting my time.
Sory it.

It is down to SKY that the quickest way to get any help is the forum - when it should be them. You guys get the brunt of the frustration - sorry.
The online chat took a while to respond then went through every detail of my account security - one question ata time... the asked the problem depite it being covered at the start.
Outcome is the pre purchase order was cancelled.
I had this same bother with pre purchase of Matilda - but forgot til I came on this.
Won't pre order again.
Shocking FAIL SKY.
btw - i have has SKY simce the late 80s - and have taken it with wheneever I have moved home - so I feel I can complain now and again.

Glad you got it fixed.
I'm not particularly convinced there is a real advantage to pre ordering. I don't recall any movies where the pre order price turned out to represent a saving.

It wasn't a price thing - it was so I wouldn't forget and, it being school hols, so it would be there to view - so convenience I suppose.
But agreed - won't be using that option again.
I wonder if its a SKY GLASS issue only?
Never happened when I had previous versions (Q and earlier models).
