Peter Rabbit free movie?? Sky store purchase error?

Having an error message my account is not set up for sky sotre purchases when i go to get the free Peter Rabbit movie??

Once "bought"  @Abi+1988  it's yours to keep. Once you buy it - it should always be available to download for as long as Sky retain the licencing rights. 

If you want to be sure it's always available to you - download it and don't archive it.
