Not excepting payment for rental

Won't excepting payment for rental when funds are available

Are you renting on your Sky box @Haff1 ?

 

If so, we often hear of customer's credit limits being reset to £0 (not because of anything the customer has done wrong - just so a credit limit can be set up and agreed with the customer )

 

If yours is the same - it can usually be fixed easily with a live chat to the Skystore support team - but they don't open till 11am

Just so you know - if you rent online / Skystore app - you CAN'T send a rental to your Sky box from online.
