Fantastic Four Pre-order issue
I pre-ordered Fantastic Four several weeks ago and it immediately showed in my library as ordered. The release date (23 September 2025) has come along and I wanted to download it to my Sky Q box, but it's not available to do so. I checked the film in the Sky Store and it still shows as purchasable and not as already purchased. I don't want to re-order it as yet, if this can help resolve the issue first. I've attached screenshots showing the film in my library and the film itself. Please assist, if possible.

Similar issues always seem to occur with Sky store preorders.
They fall in to 2 categories - either - you just have to wait a few hours on release day and it sorts itself out - or
Customers have to live chat with the Skystore support team, cancel the pre order and buy it again.
It's too early in the day to pick up which way this is going, if I had to guess I would say just hang on a few hours and it will get resolved
I read on the forum that a lot of people (me included) just don't bother with pre orders any more and just wait till release day and buy a movie when it comes out.
I don't recall any circumstances where there has been an actual advantage (price / content) by preordering.
If you end up having to live chat to the support team, they open at 11am but unless you are desperate to resolve this at 11am perhaps see where things are late afternoon and you still have till 7.30pm tonight to chat with them.

Out of interest does it let you cancel the pre-order as mentioned because if it does then you might be able to then order it again seeing as it has now been released but if it doesn't then you will have to get in touch with Sky Store support so they can do this for you,

Just for others having the same (or similar) issues. Sky have advised me that:
"We have experienced an issue with the Bonus version for The Fantastic Four: First Steps Bonus Edition which has delayed it from being active on our Sky Q platform at the moment".
"Our specialist technical team are working on this at this very moment and we are trying to get the content availible to watch as soon as possible".
