If I have posted previous posts on this today sorry. I've been having problems with my phone.
We are unable to purchase from sky store,message said
Are account is not set up for it, I've been in settings and done set up but no joy

Have you set up an Account with Sky Store?
You need to this with Sky Store and if there is an issue best to contact them directly.
