Not able to download the free sky store movie as says card hasn't enough credit? We don't have credit on any cards either sky?also its free on VIP.

The error message is a little bit misleading as what it actually means is either your account isn't set up for Sky Store purchases including free ones like this or you have made purchases in the past and to stop overspending you have hit a limit that is placed on your account. Either way the Sky Store team will be able to fix this for you so choose an option here to get in touch with them about it:

I had this issue when I first joined Q. You need to call Sky as they need to change something their end. They sometimes set a nil limit and then you can't download anything even if it costs nothing.
