Hello, I am a new Sky Stream customer, and I have been told by Sky that I am also a Sky VIP Silver customer aswell. Sky have sent me an email stating that I can claim a free HD and Keep DVD, however I have followed what Sky told me to do in the email, and yet all the movies they have put in the list are saying that I have to purchase them there is none saying £0.00. Is there something that I am doing wrong? Something that I am not doing? If there is someone who can help me I would be very grateful thank you.
