I converted my nectar points to use on my sky store. I entered the code but I have still been charged by sky...please Help

If you redeemed your voucher on SkyStore.com and you could see the voucher credit on your online account, this should have been used against any purchase made on the skystore.com website before any charge was made. If you placed the order on your Sky box, your voucher credit will not have been used, as the voucher is for online redemption and spend only.
If you have followed all the steps correctly, and have somehow been charged without the voucher credit being used, you will need to contact the Sky Store support team for further help. All the contract details are at www.skystore.com/contact

The Sky Store voucher code that will have been sent to you from nectar needs to be redeemed at www.skystore.com/redeem. Once redeemed your online SkyStore.com account is credited with the voucher amount, and you need to spend this on the SkyStore.com website or mobile app. The voucher credit the voucher gives is not able to be used on a sky box, and any orders made on the Sky box will bill as normal, and not be deducted from your voucher credit.
You can however Buy & Keep a movie online and use the "send to sky box" to view on your Sky box.
Did you redeem the voucher on www.skystore.com/redeem?
Did you see the voucher amount credit to your online account?
Did you place your order on SkyStore.com?

But I did all of that and it said I redeemed my voucher but like said - it still charged me and my nectar points has gone down. I don't get it. Please help

this has happend to me too redeemed two vouchers in May and have been charged for the movies i orderer from sky

How do you order the film online from Sky Store so that it appears on your set top box?

if it's a buy and keep movie, you just go to Skystore online and choose "send to box"
if it's a rental - you can't send to box but if you have a recent lg tv you can view it directly in the store app on there. Or - other than Premiere rentals you should be able to view via a chromecast ( if you have one)
or - if you have a laptop or PC with an hdmi output - you could plug that in to your TV ( again, not for Premiere rentals)
