My free film hasn't been transferred to my sky q box

Was the film you purchased a Buy and Keep one or a rental one, if it was a rented film then the film can not be transferred the your Sky box and it can only be viewed online where it was purchased.

If it was a Buy and Keep then did you get the option to send it to your box ?

Have checked it's not there I have in my library on my tablet, and it's on there I could also send it to my sky q box but it isn't there

As @oldfella suggests - are you definitely looking in your Sky Q Recordings/ purchases ?

Not in the Skystore part of your Sky Q menu

Yes I am I have, I have about 12 movies in my sky store, sent sky an email so hopefully hear from them soon but thankyou for your suggestions 😺
