How do I transfer my SKY store purchases from my SKY HD to My SKY Q box
Just upgraded to Sky Q and I really need to know how I can transfer the movies and TV series that I have purchased. I have been told via Sky it can be done, but cannot work it out.
If you log in to your Skystore account on a device - go to your library of purchases and you should see an option to "send to box"
Your Skystore account should be linked to your Sky TV account (log in to your Skystore account online and look at "my account") . If it appears not to be and you can't link it - try a live chat with the Skystore team
