That's an odd one.
I do recall late 2025 there were some posts about customers with LG TVs having problems with the Skystore app.
LG blamed it on Sky and vice versa

No consolation to you I know but my 2021 LG has always been fine. So it's not all models and probably not widespread (based on the relatively small number of posts)
I'd try signing out and in to the Skystore app, but probably worth checking with LG to see if they
know it as an issue.
It shouldn't be this - but if you are comfortable doing so, take a look at your LG picture settings just in case something unusual has been selected that Skystore doesn't like.
Your webOS will be newer than mine so I'm not sure exactly what options you have - but make a note of your current settings before you change anything - so you can revert back if your settings are not the problem.
