Lost sky store purchases

Long story short I moved house was unable to get satalite signal at new house so cancelled subscription and was told I would loose all my purchases now I've been told I can convert my account to sky store only to keep them numerous sky advisors never mentioned this at all my account ends in hours will I be able to convert it after tomorrow when subscription ends please?

@Gef3  You shouldn't need to convert anything to keep your Sky Store purchases, simply log in using your current Sky ID aon the Sky Store app or online.

 

Your account doesn't end, your subscriptions do.  

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Once you have left Sky you do need to get in touch with them to convery your account, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:

Your should be fine doing this on Monday.
