Movie Mass will not download properly

I have tried to rent the 2021 movie Mass several times. I download it, but when I hit play there is just a blue screen and no audio. I don't get charged (no confirmation email has come), but it goes through all the normal steps for renting a movie without any errors. Other movies and on demand content all download fine. Seems to be a glitch with this specific movie. I tried downloading the regular and HD versions. I've deleted and re-downloaded . I've powered off and on. Can someone from Sky check if there is a problem with this movie?

Are you trying to view it on the TV that is directly connected to your Sky+ box via a hdmi cable ?

Yes I am viewing on a tv directly connected by a HDMI cable. All other aspects of the Sky box are working perfectly.

When you deleted these versions did you also delete them from your deleted folder so you do download a fresh copy of the film ?
