A couple of weeks ago I upgraded to Sky Q from Sky+. I have now noticed at least two movies that I purchased through Sky+, which are no longer appearing in the purchased movies section of the planner (i.e. Inferno and Jack Reacher: Never Go Back), although of course there may be more for all I know. I am sure that theese were purchased, as I still have the pre-purchase 2 minute trailer things still showing int he purchased section.
I was assured that any purchases made prior to the upgrade would automatically be transfered to Sky Q and that the purchases stay with me forever, so where are they please?

Login to your Sky Store account on the website and check your previous purchases in there. You can then send them to your Q box.

So this solution worked on the first film, but not on the other six I have found. How do I get them onto my Sky Q box?
Also my Sky Q box shows at least eight films, which are not showing up on the Sky Store page of films that I own, but I have paid for them and they are sitting in the purchased section of the planner.
I would like some explanation of what has happened to the films I have purchased and why I can not access them correctly?
I am very confused.
