Missing movie purchase on Sky store

I purchased the Trolls movie on 21st October 2023, but it is no longer showing under my purchases on my Sky Q box. Can you please help/advise?

I notice that on my Sky Q box this is only available to rent, not to buy

I wonder if Sky have lost the licencing to host this for sale ?
