I had several weeks with no sky due to a faulty remote but they forgot to put the order through. When it was finally sorted I was given a £28 voucher for the sky store and was told to go through the link on the email they sent to activate it. The link just leads to it saying whoops that didn't work

Sorry also forgot to say that when I got through to someone at sky I was told to just purchase what I wanted and then ring them back when I had and they will then look at not charging me for it?
