Lie about Sky rentals

I was told I had 7 days on a movie rental. They removed it after only 4 days. Absolutely fuming. Especially after paying £15.99.

@Sarah6060

Unless something is miss so it was removed early you should have 7 days to start watching a rented title and that then changes to 48 hours after you do start viewing it, so even if you watch just a few seconds.

Hi @Sarah6060

As @caesarome explains, once you have started to view your rental - the viewing window changes to 48 hours from that time.

I have heard on occasions that the Skystore support team have in these circumstances allowed a goodwill rental.

If you want to give that a try, there is a live chat which opens next at 11am tomorrow.

It starts off as AI so you will have to work through that to reach an agent. Once you get through I'd suggest you explain what has happened and hopefully they will be helpful (but of course any goodwill will be up to them )

hope you get somewhere with it
