The new one 2023 it's available to rent on line. It was in Sky store this am rental for 4.99 but there is just and empty blue box there now, rebooting box didn't fix issue

What Sky box you are using and if it involves a scart cable or magic eye ? We have heard of some newer titles with extra copy protection not working without an HDMI cable ?

Sky customer since 1989.
Sky Q 2TB main box

This sounds like something Sky will need to fix so like the others that have posted here it might be worth using the link to the live chat tomorrow from 11am to speak to them about it.
