Issue viewing Conclave

I have just rented the movie Conclave from Sky on my Sky Glass TV. It has been paid for however, when I try to watch it, the message cones up saying it's unavailable and code 0805. I've tried a number of tines and it's the same every time. What does that mean please?

Do you also have a Puck, if so have you tried it on this to see if it works ?

Thanks but this page doesnt not really answer the issue. My Internet connection is strong, no other issues on Sky so still baffled.

I am aware of another poster who had a problem specifically with Conclave- but their problem was that the movie was showing as unavailable (before they could complete the rental)

 

A common problem we hear of is a customer rents in UHD but they don't have a UHD TV 

 

In any event, probably best advice for you is to try a live chat with the Skystore support team who are open till 7.30pm

Rented a film on sky, code 0805

We rented conclave last night and paid for it £4.99, we watched half last night and when we went to watch the 2nd half tonight it will not play, tries to sign into my account, and then comes up with an error message saying 'your selection is unavailable right now please try again code 0805' 

 

Please help as I wanna finish the film!!

I have moved your post to this ongoing topic as someone else has posted today with the very same error so if my suggestion about viewing the film via a puck doesn't work then you might want to use the live chat tomorrow to contact Sky Store support about this 0805 error:

Rented and paid for movie not avsilable to play

I rented and paid for movie Conclave.

When I pressed play button a message appeared on Sky Go that this movie was not available!

As this isn't a Sky Go issue (where you had posted) then I have moved your post to the topic at hand so please see my post that is above yours for a possible way to view it or a way to get this reported to Sky as you are not the only one with this issue.
