Hi. I was offered a free movie which I purchased. Firstly it showed the price rather than it showing as free and secondly it hasn't appeared in my sky store

There are a few things to look at here. Wgat were the circumstances of the "free" offer ? Did you have a code to enter ? (Don't post the code on here)
For a free movie you should only proceed if the price shows as £0.
Also, can you clarify if you ordered the movie from your Sky box or online.
if online - look in your online library and you should see an option to "send to box"
if you can't see the movie at all - anywhere - please give us a few more details of the circumstances and we'll try to offer some suggestions.
