I'm trying to purchase fast x on sky store but it's bringing up a error message saying my account is not enabled for purchases

It's a shame Sky don't return a meaningful message as this is such a recurring issue?

"Account not enabled for purchases" seems pretty clear to me although they could add a line to it to say that they needed to be contacted to get it fixed.

YES, a comment on the action required would be useful, it would save all these frequent comments, which suggest the message is anything BUT clear!
