I'm trying to purchase fast x on sky store but it's bringing up a error message saying my account is not enabled for purchases

We see this often on the forum - it can usually be fixed quickly by the Skystore team. If you are quick (they are open till 7.30pm) you can reach them by livechat here

It's a shame Sky don't return a meaningful message as this is such a recurring issue?

YES, a comment on the action required would be useful, it would save all these frequent comments, which suggest the message is anything BUT clear!
