How to get free gift

I have been trying to get my Free Film and all I seem to keep getting is that I choose the film, then I have to click pay and once I do that it will take my payment straight away?? I do not have to pay so how do I avoid this please?

If the film is showing as being £0.00 for the free gift then while you should not have to pay but if you have not used the Sky Store before you will be asked to provide payment details,
