Yes rented a movie with my credit to watch and cant watch it on my TV through sky so what's the point ..complete waste of time and money

By any chance do you have an LG TV or a Chromecast? Or a PC or laptop with an HDMI output ?
You should be able to view all rentals other than Premiere rentals through the above on your TV
Other than that - you could try a livechat tomorrow with the Skystore team to ask if they are willing to refund your credit in the circumstances

Thanks for information but it still seems pointless to have any credit if you cang use it to watch on TV especially in UHD...

Before you say it - yes it would be easier if you could send over rentals as well - I just don't think Sky's deals with the distributors allow that.

Cheers but ill watch them on Netflix or Amazon Prime etc before I pay £15.99..lol..
