Cant get free movie and food

I cannot find the house with clocks on walls anywhere in my sky store, could you help with this reward and the 20 pound food with it, I can't even get the movie if I was going to be paying on sky store, I'm a loyal customer, thank you

The film can be found by searching for it, or you can login here and claim it so long as it shows as £0.00 for you:

You then go here to your library, select the film and select the option to send it to your Sky box:

Do follow @caesarome advice for the movie 

As for the £20 food voucher - go to the MySky app - click on VIP (bottom right) and scroll through for "Giveaways" and it's in there 

this is a competition draw though rather than a voucher for everyone
