How do I sync purchased titles between Sky Store on website and Sky Q

Hi,

 

I seem to have a discrpenacy between the purchased titled I have on the Sky Store website and Sky Store app and the Sky Store section on Sky Q.

 

I have gone to the 2 titles in question - The House With A Clock In Its Walls and The Invible Man (2020) - on the Sky Store on Sky Q but it only shows an option to purchase the titles even though they show in My Library on the website and app.

 

Any ideas how I can sync the Sky Store titles on Sky Q so it shows the 2 "missing" titles without having to purchase them?

Thanks both for your replies.

 

I did use the Sky Store webchat and while waiting I managed to add The Invisible Man by selecting the send to box option.  However this did not work for the House with a Clock in Its Walls.  I then used the webchat service and in the end they advised me to purchase the item and then they (hopefully) will refund me to counter the payment I incurred.  All in all a bit of a mess but I guess it's now resolved - oh apart from the fact I have now have 2 versions of House with a Clock on Sky Store app and website - hey ho, first world issues.

When you look at your two movies on the app, do you see the option to "send to box" as in this photo ?
