How do I speak to someone for sky store please?

I've paid for a pre order film. But used my mobile. I wanted to watch it on tv. 
I need to contact sky but it's sending me in a loop. 
could I have a phone number or link to chat which doesn't send me back to the first page please 🙏

if it was a buy and keep movie, you can watch it both on your mobile and on your TV

 

It's only rentals that you can't transfer. 

If it was a rental then the best thing to do is contact the Skystore support team by live chat when they next open at 11am

 

You will need to persevere until you get past the chatbot and reach a person. Hope you get it resolved

What TV service do you have from Sky so Sky Q, Glass or Stream ?

On the Sky Store app on your mobile all you should need to do is to select the film then  hit the send to box option if the film isn't showing up in the purchases section of your recordings on your Sky Q box.

I have pre ordered a film. I used my mobile device. 
I now realise I can now only watch on a mobile device, not on tv. 
I haven't started watching the film at all. 
I want to cancel the order on there and purchase it using my tv so I can watch it on tv not my mobile device. 

it was a genuine mistake. I'm trying to find out how I can do this as I can cancel it and refund it.(as I haven't watched it at all),  but I don't know how.

I think you are misunderstanding what I am saying as you can watch a pre-ordered film back on your Sky Q box even if you ordered it on your mobile so you need to do what I posted above if you can't already see it on your Sky Q box.

If it is a rental then what was posted above will not work as you can only view it on the device you ordered it on. All you can do is to cdontact Sky Store support to see if they can cancel this rental so you can then order it via your TV service.

 

They have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
