Hi, I have rented a film but it will not let me fast forward or rewind or replay the film

My film will not rewind or fast forward or

let me press oly, there is a massive delay when I try to do this

Hi @Robyn+Sutton 

First, I would try a power off at the mains for your box. Leave it off for a minute 

If that doesn't fix it, delete the download.  Then go to your deleted items and delete it from there 

then download it again 

hopefully one of those will work
