Couldn't edit last message. FINALLY it's available to download. Wasn't earlier on in the day but thought I'd check again tonight and it's now downloading.
Nothing like the cinema experience but either way I Hope everyone gets to enjoy it 😀

in my opinion it must be worth you trying a quick livechat with the Skystore team (opens at 11am) to ask them to refund and repurchase the version with the extras - I always find them very fair with this type of thing. Not long ago they let me do something similar

If you purchase it again, I would check your bills or call them. It will probably charge you again. Better safe than sorry. If it has, they will refund the duplicate charge

I spoke to sky and because the studio original released the wrong date, this caused a glitch in Sky Store systems. Did not affect everyone. They told me to repurchase the SAME version and should not be billed twice. I did this and only charge is for today. I was not rebilled. Anyone still having issues, this is the fix. They stated they will refund any duplicate charges though if billed twice

I've had similar problems. I pre-ordered it but it made me purchase it again on the release date. It works fine on the skybox but it now appeared twice on my I-phone Skystore app but both of them still show as pre-ordered and won't play through the app.

This definitely sounds like one which needs a livechat with the Skystore team
I'm wondering if you have ended up with both the regular version and the version with extras
so worth making sure you haven't been charged twice and hopefully at the same time they can establish why it doesn't play on your phone.
Livechat should be open for another hour and a half tonight and then tomorrow opens at 11am
