Get Santa

Anybody know how to redeem the get Santa offer on vip rewards?

Login to sky store and search for get Santa is usually the easiest way. The film should appear as being free when you add it to your basket.

 

Sometimes when you login to sky store you will see a banner on the homepage promoting the free Sky VIP film when they offer them but I've found that doesn't always appear so it's usually easiest to just search for the free film being offered.

Doesn't work for me. I got sent an email saying it was "yours to keep". It appears in the VIP section of the Sky app saying it is a free gift for me. But when I go to skystore.com and look for it, they want to charge me £7.99 for it!

 

This isn't the first time they have done this. I usually just give up and don't bother trying to redeem their "gifts" any more.
