TCMYDM9HSNDW got this code to get a free movie for being a platinum member but ended up paying for it the movie was matilda the musical

Did you enter the code online and then place the order for the film online as well or did you do it via your Sky box ?

Hi @liverpool69 

 

With these codes - as well as applying the code online / on the Skystore app - you also have to complete the purchase online - not on your Sky box. 

can I ask where you did the purchase ?

 

whichever - you are probably best talking though options now with the Skystore team.
