Did you enter the code online and then place the order for the film online as well or did you do it via your Sky box ?

With these codes - as well as applying the code online / on the Skystore app - you also have to complete the purchase online - not on your Sky box.

can I ask where you did the purchase ?

whichever - you are probably best talking though options now with the Skystore team.
