Free movie but can't get it because I don't have HD

I have been given a free movie as a VIP customer. I can't use the code as I haven't got HD. How can I get my free movie?

Hi @Dorain 

 

I'm 99% sure that you don't need to be an HD subscriber to view an HD movie from Skystore 

 

You get to view it in HD as long as you have an HD TV

@Dorain 

@mike+simmonds is correct you don't have to be an HD subscriber to be able to watch an HD film from the Sky Store so you can go ahead and order the free film of your choice, just make sure it shows as £0.00.
