‘Your Sky Store gift on us’

I want to redeem a Sky Store Buy & Keep movie gift. I followed the instructions from the email sent to me. Unfortunately, I ddidn'tsee the ‘'our Sky Store gift on us’'offer at the Sky Store to click on. Please, can you help me? Thanks.

Go to Sky Store > Featured > Top Picks > Your Sky Store Gift On Us. Make sure the film you select is shown as being £0.00.

The tile simply is not there!! Think some people assume we've not read the email properly!! Looks nothing like this screenshot!

Where do I find this "Sky gift on us"?

The tile is not in the same place every day and can be in a different place for different people on different days, but if you have Sky Q, and you go to your SkyQ TV menu, under Skystore and then featured or top picks. You may have to go across(to the right) a few tiles using your TV remote or down a row or two - but I'm confident it will be there - Sky store gift (blue tile with a gold colour box on it )

You go to sky store featured and then go down to movies for you, animated for you etc click on a movie and it will then show £0 and says in the corner gift on us that's how I found it sky customer service were useless

Mine it doesn't show until you click onto the movie and is in the movies for you or  things for you try those off sky store and featured nothing sky said worked

This is what I received from Sky but when I go to Sky Store there is no option for 'your sky gift on us'

Due to recent  Sky technical issues our Sky Q box entered standby mode several times and we lost service.  As a result of this I received an email from Sky saying they were gifting me a Sky Store Buy and Keep movies.  I followed the instructions given by going to the  Sky Store,  and looked for the 'Your Sky Store Gift on us' and it was not there.   What do I do next? or am I doing something wrong?

Just found it myself...what a terrible selection for an "apology" doubt I'll bother tbh
