Anybody else been offered a free sky store movie due to technical issues but have been unable to access it as the option is not there on the sky store thanks

This doesn't work at all.  Found where the offer was, clicked on the only bearable movie of the limited range of old movies offered, and it wants to charge us £9.99, and when I enter out  pin, it says we have reached our Buy to Keep limit?  What???  This is supposed to be a free movie.  Surely, it should say £0.00.  Certainly don't want to find we have a £9.99 charge suddenly on our account.

Has everyone else proceeded even when it says there's a charge for the supposedly free movie?  Thanks.

For both issues I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:

Plenty have been unable to find them but they are there as we have answered this questions many times on here so go to go to Sky Store > Featured > Top Picks > Your Sky Store Gift On Us

You definitely SHOULD NOT go ahead @BubblesPuff if you see a price like £7.99 and it's not crossed out and replaced by £0

it sounds like you are looking in the right place if you have found this tile and you can see the 59 movies behind it

Sky has sent me an email offering a free movie because of their outage just over week ago, but surprise, surprise the Your store gift on us can't be found any on sky store as per the email.....

If you are a Sky Q customer, go to your Sky Q menu on your TV, select Skystore then look for this tile to click on

Its been located in both Top Picks and Featured. You may have to go down a line or two or three to locate it - but it will be there

what particular problem are you experiencing?

If you have Sky Q, just go to your Sky Q menu on your TV, select Skystore and then (and it may not be right in front of you) go down a line or two and you should see this tile - just select that tile to see the movie list 

so far as I've read on the forums - virtually everyone that has had a problem locating the tile has eventually found it. Hope you do but post back if not and people on the forum will try to help
