Free film

I am a diamond customer vip for over 20 years I am trying to get my free film but can't get could you help please

When logging into the Sky Store website here if these films appear as £0.00 then you can go ahead and "purchase" one:

 

https://www.skystore.com/n/mvse/all-offers/sky-vip-welcome-gift


You can also go to the Sky Store on your Sky box and choose a movie from the Sky VIP section but again as they must show as £0.00.

I presume you are referring the the film called "Sing", just search for it and as long as it shows as £0.00 for you then you can go ahead and order it. If it doesn't then get in touch with the Sky Store live chat team here:
