Free Sky store gift

Sky gave me a free £14 sky store gift for an error made on an order. I clicked the link from the email and signed in to my sky to clain the gift but i cant find it anywhere, the £14 off has been added on my next bill as a free eVoucher. I rented a movie but the bill came straight out the bank and not onto my sky bill or taken from the £14.

So are you saying that your next Sky bill has been reduced by £14 ? 

If you rent a movie online without directly applying a voucher code to the transaction, then you get charged from whichever bank card is set up on Sky Store. 

If your Sky bill is reduced by £14 and your bank account down by £14 then presumably that's ok with you ?

if something different- could you clarify and someone will try to make a suggestion (I will if I can ) 

Or are you saying they sent you a voucher code but you can't locate it ?

They added the £14 to my next bill and took it off so I didnt see the point in that as i havent used it and cant find it, there was no code or anything just a link and told to sign in which I did but im unable to find it, ive checked the tv, my sky and sky store app. I rented a movie to see if it would come off the £14 but came out the bank instead

you would probably be as well to try a live chat on the Skystore support team to try to clarify how they intend you to get your £14 worth of movie. 

Typically they would send you a code which you could add to the checkout screen online to reduce the cost by £14
