Purchased films can't be found on Sky Go but can via the Sky Store app instead as well as the library section of the Sky Store website and the app inbuilt to LG TVS.
You might need to contact Sky Store support to ask them to change your account to a Sky Store only one, if you need to do this they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
