I failed to download a film on Saturday night (for sons birthday with his friends) - waited over 2 hours and although it said 200% complete on screen it was also still saying 'downloading'. A very disappointed griup of boys on my sons birthday night! 😪 Phoned sky on Sunday as I failed to download anything else. Still saying 'downloading'! Spoke to a lady who told me to delete the download and try again. She promised to phone me back in half an hour to check if I was successful - but I didn't receive a phone call. It failed to download again! I had a disappointed son for a second night. For the money I pay Sky I was also extremely disappointed with the service I was receiving at this point! I phoned this morning again and got through to a man who said straight away that he needed to reset something and then told me to try again and it downloaded straight away! Unfortunately it was too late. My son had a very disappointing end to his birthday weekend! I was at least expecting an offer of not having to pay for the films but no- nothing. He wanted to watch Avatar on Saturdaynight and Avatar 2 on Sunday night! I have now got Avatar downloaded and had to pay for it after all the inconvenience!
