Error 1008

I keep getting error 1008 when trying to upgrade my Sky package or access Sky store.

For the Sky Store issue I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:

It is open and available today.

In fact, I think they are open today. When I click on the link and wait a few seconds it was offering me a chat.
