@Kaths75 Was this a rental from Sky Store? If so, did you start to watch it? Once you start it, you have 48 hours to watch it before it is deleted.

You would need to rent it again @Kaths75, so this will mean you will be charged again for it as you have 48 hours to watch the film as many times as you want when you first press play on it.

I contacted you yesterday about the downtown abbey movie as it had dissapeared from my sky box and i was going to watch it. Today i found what I thought was it on my box and  it said it was just a sneak peak. I hope I havent been charged for the film when I havent got it. How can I find out .please help as i can't afford to loose that money.

In that case you have 7 days to start watching it so as you didn't just download it again when you are ready to view it. Again you will not be charged until you do start viewing it.

I have just found this and can confirm there is no charge for watching this 8 minute preview.
