Downloaded a UHD film but need HD film

I've downloaded a film in UHD but my tv doesn't support but it will not let me then download in HD

I'm guessing this is something from Sky store. So - there are 2 things to think about 

if it's a rental - that's an easy one. You haven't watched it so won't be charged. Just delete it. Then go to your deleted folder and delete it again out of there 

then just re rent it on HD

If it's a buy and keep - you will

have to contact Skystore (live chat opens at 11am tomorrow) and ask for a goodwill refund

@mike+simmonds  How do u deleted a deleted film and yes it's a rental .

Hi @SGil02 

If you are on Sky Q - you go to your on screen settings to 

recordings / manage / deleted 

then click on your movie and click on "Delete Forever"

if you're not on Sky Q - let me know what platform you have and I'll try to help with that
