Download incorrect version of movie

I wanted to rented sing 2 and selected ultra HD by mistake. Now I can go back and select HD version. I cancel my download and still unable to get HD. All I can select is UHD. How can I get the HD version to appear for download again

hi @GavinD156 

 

I am not 100% certain buthopefully his should cure it 

 

Make sure you delete the UHD recording (or partial download)

then go to : Recordings - Manage - Deleted & select Delete Forever

@nigea99 is correct, once you have removed the UHD version completely from your Sky Q box then you can go ahead and download the HD version. You will not be charged for the UHD one either as you didn't start to view it.
