Download failure

Hi, I have purchased 3 films from Sky Store which are in my archive file. I cannot download one of them, the other two are fine. It says "download failed " but now also appears in my recordings file and won't download from there either and now I can't do anything with the film, it's just stuck in both files. Please help! Mick.
